Majed Platform (majedmoni.net) A Saudi platform offering services, tools and templates in human resources, business marketing and information technology. This policy explains the data we collect when you use the platform, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding it.

We only collect what we need to provide the service:
- Account data: Your name, email address and mobile number when you sign up or subscribe.
- Resume Builder data: What you enter yourself to create your resume, such as personal details, education, experience, skills, courses and a profile photo (optional).
- Usage data: The number and timing of uses and downloads, and your IPaddress, used to manage usage limits and protect the platform from abuse.
- Contact data: What you send us by email, WhatsApp or contact forms.
How we use your data
We use data for the following purposes only:
- Creating your account, managing your subscription and activating plans.
- Preparing your resume file and making it available for download, and sending the tracking link and ready notification to your email.
- Improving our services and tools and fixing technical issues.
- Applying usage limits and preventing automated and spam requests.
- Responding to your questions and requests.
Resume Builder data
When you use the Resume Builder, the data you enter is saved automatically in the platform’s system so that your resume can be prepared and made available for you to download later through your personal tracking link.
- Your resume is never published or shown to any other visitor or member.
- Requests are only seen by the platform administration for preparation and review.
- The tracking link contains a unique random code that cannot be guessed.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Data protection and security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypting the connection between your device and the platform (HTTPS).
- Restricting data access to the platform administration only.
- Sanitizing inputs, blocking malicious code and protecting against automated requests.
- We do not store bank card details.
Sharing data
We never sell or rent your data to anyone. We only share it in the following cases:
- With your explicit consent.
- With the service providers we rely on to operate (such as hosting and email), and only to the extent necessary.
